4. Client Cooperation

Your active involvement is essential. To keep projects on track, please provide necessary information, content, approvals, and system access in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays resulting from late feedback or missing materials.

5. Deliverable Ownership

Once all project fees are settled, you gain full usage rights for the final, approved deliverables. Until that point, all drafts and concepts remain property of SPARQ Studio. We also retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless you ask us to keep it private before we start.

6. Realistic Expectations

7. Platform Reliance

10. Termination
